My ears grew up in the underground. While most kids grew up listening to radio hits, I was forced to listen to MF DOOM, Wu- Tang Clan, and Madlib. The opening piano riff to "All Caps" was constantly stuck in my head and the "Shogun Assassin" intro in "Liquid Swords" was always on repeat.
